Our orders are delivered by
Yodel Packet – 2-4 days
Yodel Express – 1 day delivery if ordered before midday
Yodel Economy – 2-4 days
Yodel Northern Ireland 2-3 days
Yodel Highlands & Islands 3-5 days
TNT – over 30kg items or large dimension items
Royal Mail – non trackable
Our delivery charges range from £0 to £14.95.
We offer overseas delivery on most of our toys. Your delivery will be sent via a tracked service with DPD couriers and will be delivered usually within 2-7 working days depending on location. Just place the item in the basket and the shipping price will appear when you input the country that you want it delivered to.
Oversized and Bulky Items
These are delivered by TNT and take between 1-3 days. If a surcharge is applicable for any reason, we will contact you in advance of shipping.
All our couriers will make either a combination of 1-2 delivery attempts and most will also make it available for pick up at the local delivery depot. If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you via email. We will refund the cost of the good less the shipping that it has cost us to send the delivery out, even if it was ‘Free Delivery’ on purchase. Most items will be £7 but if its oversized it will cost anything up to £70.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. If there is no one there, the courier may deliver to a neighbour and leave a card for you detailing this. If the item has been delivered but you claim non-receipt then please allow 2-5 working days for the courier company to conduct an investigation. You will need to fill in a courier claim for and send it back to us for us to process a refund.
We endeavour to keep our stock levels exact and up to date. If however we oversell on an item, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will always inform you by email and if we have a restocking date we will inform you of this giving you the option to keep the order processing until that date.
All our shipping times are quoted by our third-party couriers. 99% of our orders are delivered within the timeframe but on occasion there is a delay that is out of our control. We will endeavour to help though so please contact us and we can speak to the couriers on your behalf.
When an item is out of stock but we have a date of re-stock, there will be an option to pre-order it.
Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. You may return any item to us within 14 days, providing it is in its packaging and is in a saleable condition.
Our aim is to make returning your items as stress free as possible, so we have a number of options available to you.
No one wants to be waiting in all day for a courier to turn up so we have a parcel ‘drop off’ solution for you depending on location and weight and dimensions of your items.
Max weight 15kg and no longer than 1.2m
The volume can be no more than 245cm. To work this out, add together the shortest 2 sides and multiply by 2. Add the length and if the number you get is less than 245 you are good to go.
If you would prefer for a courier to come to you, we can send DPD to come and collect from your door.

Please Email Us and we can advise which service is best for the product you are returning and the price of the service would be deducted from your refund.
We will accept returns 14 days from delivery. All items should be returned unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Items
We strive to ensure that your purchases arrive with you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and it is damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. If an item is damaged within the box, please Email Us 24 hours of delivery and we will advise how to proceed from there.
We are unable to accept a return of goods damaged in transit unless you Email Us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Once we receive the item back we will inspect it and if we confirm it is faulty we will with replace, repair or refund.
In the case that an item is not faulty, we will return the item to the customer at their cost. We will hold the item for 30 days.
We offer an extended returns policy for Christmas purchases. You have until 6th January to inform us that you are returning the item and until the 14th January to return it. All other Terms & Conditions apply.
We recommend that you open your item as early as you can before Christmas to check that there are no damaged / missing parts. This gives us the time to rectify the issue before Christmas, thus avoiding disappointment.
